Ocean Day

World Book Day brought the Ocean to our school this week. The rooms, halls and corridors were full of the sounds and sights of the sea. From octopuses to lobsters to sharks to mermaids, Lochinver House went all things blue and fishy!

The day began with a fabulous thought-provoking assembly from Mrs Wright and her Year 5 and 6 Drama team, ably supported by a great piece of singing from Year 5 directed by Mrs Harrison. The boys then  went off to their classes for a day of exciting activities based on this theme. A great time was had by all in a stimulating and exciting cross-curricula day.
